vent across double sanitary tee?

Hello,
I have a couple questions about this setup. All small pipes are 2", large pipe is 3".
Can I wet vent the shower drain and WC this way, across the double san T fitting?
Am I correct in assuming the wet vent must come from a vented bathroom fixture (AAV vented vanity) in the same group as the WC and shower?

Vent as shown is no good (USELESS for shower)

Seems to me it satisfies the IPC rules for horizontal wet venting. Not sure about the rules for double san-tee vs double fixture fitting.
