As mentioned in the title, the toilet in the basement has been removed since we are trying to find out why and where is the leaking from...
Issues here:
1. Uneven Flange
2. Crack
3. damage drain pipe (in the cement/ dirt), top-view to see the bend on the pipe
Need suggestions from here, I am debating between:
A) remove the flange with the combination of drills and chesil, but I can't figure out how to fit the Push-Tite/ Push-in flange with rubber sealing (damage cast iron pipe), the bottom part won't be able to fit in the cast iron pipe
B) use Epoxy to fill the crack, and use partial flange spacer to create an EVEN flange for the toilet, does this really work?
Any suggestions would be great, thank you
