No. If the wye barrel is horizontal (rather at 2% slope, which is negligible), and if you roll the wye up 45 degrees from the branch inlet also being horizontal, then a 60 degree elbow is what you need to bring the branch vertical, not horizontal.

Regardless of how much or how little you roll the wye, a 45 degree bend will let you get the branch horizontal, parallel to the barrel of the wye.
