Any thoughts on this layout? Will it pass inspection?

This is a mudroom conversion into a bathroom with vanity/shower/toilet.

Based in Portland, OR (Washington County specifically)

The pitch is 1/4”…I just have to connect it to the main line in the crawl space.

Any potential issues you see?

Can there be one dry vent for all 3 fixtures?

Thanks for any advice.

You also need a 3" cleanout serving at the end of any run longer than 5'
All pipe must be rigidly strapped with no metal in contact with plastic.
