Hi to all, and thank you for the opportunity to ask for advice/confirmation on a project we are doing here in North Carolina. This is a one-story 2x4" stick-built vinyl-sided, metal-roofed garage with bathroom, all on a concrete slab. I am showing below the exterior wall, where we plan for a washing machine and a vanity (single) sink. The main sewer drain line is 4" (under the slab) and runs from the toilet on the wall directly opposite from the 3" standpipe below (well, it is 3"currently, but the diagram shows how we plan to cut it down to above the sole plate, and reduce it to 2" for the rest of its run as a vent (it will pass through the attic and out the gable end of the house, on appropriate slope, not through the roof).

Yes, the 2" horizontal pipe to the washer box will pass thru 2x4 studs, but the inspector has approved the use of stud shoes to restore the integrity of the compromised studs. Similarly, the 2" vent through the top plates is allowed by use of appropriate Simpson Straps.

I've never done anything like this before, so I am looking for confirmation before I proceed, and I want it to pass inspection the first time. My questions:
1. Is this venting sufficient for the washer and vanity, or is something else needed?
2. What is the recommended height difference between the washer box and sink, or between their respective p-traps, etc?
3. To save space, could I replace the 2x2 and 2x 1.5 tees with a single 2x2x1.5 or even a single 2x2x2 (then adding a 1.5" reducer on the sink side)?
4. Could the vent pipe (above the junction going off to the vanity) be 1.5" instead of 2"?
5. Can that Test Tee also serve as a cleanout?

Thank you so much for any and all insight. I'm ready and eager to learn!
