Will this pass inspection in Seattle?

Transitioning from 4" below to 3" above, and need small offset (2 22's) in main soil stack to make room for kitchen remodel. There will be one toilet/bathroom upstairs that will drain from above, with separate vent. Thoughts on whether this would pass inspection in Seattle? I could use 22's with long stretch between if needed also. I just need to move this over 3" to make room for a structural post.

Thanks. Had a plumber on reddit tell me I was crazy to do this. But I see that UPC allows up to 45 degrees, and still be "vertical" stack
