Replacement part for discontinued Toto TSU04W.12 UniFit ? This is the old Toto Aquia 2 piece. Does anyone know where I can find this unifit?

Looking for Replacement part for discontinued Toto TSU04W.12 UniFit ? This is the old Toto Aquia 2 part. Does anyone know where I can find this unifit part?
We’ll have to change the toilet to a different model since this part has been discontinued and this is the oldest Toto Aquia?
