Hi, I live in the country in TX, there are no codes out here other than septic. I really need to move an existing toilet, slab foundation. I have included a diagram. The question(s) : I want to move the toilet 12" to the front (bottom of pic), Ive already moved the washing machine to another wall so that trap/drain can be eliminated. The shower drain will remain because installing a laundry sink over it (cast iron)

1) Can I plumb into the existing flange location a pipe that I can then connect a rear outlet toilet to (so the current flange location is now inside the wall and the waste is still going to the original hole, if so how do I vent that?

2) Is a rear outlet toilet okay on a pressurized well system?

3) If #1, #2 are not okay and I have to tear into my slab, does the current situation seem like the venting is okay with that 90 degree angle?

4) Worst case scenario building an elevated throne for just the toilet (willing but not happy about it) Rise and slope for that situation?

Any help would be appreciated, (I don't believe this is the main stack but this whole house was built by weekenders, so who knows) Thanks for the help.

2) Rear outlet toilet is OK. If you dry vent it from above as I think you are indicating, then OK with any code.

From a functional point of view, it may be that you don't need the separate vent, but just run the toilet outlet to the stack. I don't know if it would meet IPC for stack venting. See https://wabo.memberclicks.net/assets/pdfs/Plumbing_Venting_Brochure_2018.pdf page Maybe it would meet the requirements for vertical wet venting if the toilet joins under the laundry standpipe.
