Frost free identification... so close, yet so far

So I have 3x of these 10" frost free units outside. No access inside. Prior owners drywalled the basement and left no access hatches. I've replaced 2x of the interior stems with the interior stem from this Aqua Dynamic.

The last unit looks the exact same on the outside, and even has an Aqua Dynamic handle (but could have been replaced?). On the inside, the handle end looks the exact same. The end that is deep inside the wall is circular, not the weird rounded triangular end from the Aqua Dynamic (so it won't fit).

I've emailed the John Schlutz company and they can't identify it.

In the pictures, I've circled the only difference I can see. The left is the Aqua Dynamic, the right is the unknown.

Any brilliant folks on here that have seen this before?

Could you not file the lobes down to fit? Are they the same overall length?

Yes, same length. Otherwise identical. That's my last resort if I can't find a fit, yes, but was hoping I didn't have to do that.
