Hi,
I have an old case wall mount toilet missing the mounting bracket and I'm hoping to be able to hang it. Are there any aftermarket options available?

it would be very difficult to find or get if any aftermarket options are available. Usually the case 3000 is on a 4 bolt wall carrier where only the bottom two bolts were used. You may want to consider replacing the toilet with something like a Gerber Maxwell or American standard Glenwall vormax

You should be able to hang a 4 bolt wall mount easily as the carrier should usually have spots to put the top two 5/8 threaded rods.

I may have an extra Case 3000 wall bracket. I'll know next week when the buyer arrives. As they are replacing their Case they should already have a bracket. In that case I can send you mine. Note: it's the steel plate bracket that goes outside of the wall and the toilet hangs on it, not the large carrier that's inside the wall.

If you're still looking, send me a message in a week and hopefully I can send you my bracket.

Edit: Unfortunately the buyer wanted the wall bracket.
