Does this look like the toilet you described in your first note? As you see it has the same tank as mine. The holes in the tank for the flush valve and the tank bolts are the same for the newer tank. So my guess is that the "Touch Flush" flapper will work.
If not the Touch Flush, then the Fluidmaster flapper should work.
