I'm replacing our bathroom plumbing and want to make sure it is correct.

The tee on the right circle is for a vent line (shower drain comes from right). Is a sanitary tee okay here? I'm thinking this should be a eye combo.

Similar issue on the left circle. The shower drain empties into the main drain through a sanitary tee. Should this be a wye combo?

Thanks!

The IPC (which I understand PA follows) arguably allows a san-tee on its back for a dry vent takeoff, but if you are replacing it anyway and have room for a combo, it would be better.

The drain tee definitely needs to be a combo.

Cheers, Wayne

P.S. Combo = wye + 45 (often street), also available as a single fitting.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
