Wet Venting Bathroom Group IPC

Hello,

Plumbing a bathroom group that consists of a toilet, shower, and lav.

The drain for the Lav is 2" and serves as a wet vent for the shower and the toilet (3"). Can the dry vent coming off the top of the sanitary tee of the lav be 1.5"? or Does it have to be 2"? I have some limatations in the framing and would like it to be 1.5" if it is allowed.

1.5" dry vent fine for the IPC; only the UPC would require a 2" dry vent.
