Wet Venting a toilet

Wondering if I am able to use the clothes washer drain which is already 2 inch as wet vent for my toilet. The layout makes it hard for me to wet vent through vanity.
So the vanity will be individually vented.
The clothes washer is in the floor above the toilet that I am wet venting it through

Washers can't be used as a wet vent.
Wet venting is for same floor bathroom fixtures.
