Hello all,

I am doing a remodel and stupidly put a deep undermount sink where there was previously a shallow top mount. This is in a basement, bar sink that will get used once a month tops. The drain is currently open to the air and does not stink at all. Ive decided on a drain pump and am considering the liberty 404 model but am concerned about venting.

I do not have access to a new vent stack. Theres nothing in the wall above or below.

I ASSUME that there was a vent somewhere down the line of the drain.

Suggestions? Can I just connect the drain and vent together? Should I use an AAV or something similar? Ive heard you cant use aav with these liberty drains. Should I just leave the vent open completely?
