Hello!
Recently installed a Toto Drake (model # in title) in my basement bath renovation. It’s been great for the past year. While cleaning, I recently noticed a crack on the right side near where the seat bolt hole is. It doesn’t start at the seat bolt hole though. I’m wondering how I would have missed this when installing the toilet, but now I’m wondering if this crack is a defect and a safety risk.
Seat is a Toto A200 Washlet.
How’s Toto support with warranty claims if I do need to replace the bowl due to this?
