My toilet is a year old. It was working fine. Yesterday the toilet was clogged I used the plunger. After it was all clear if flushed OK. My problem is that I get a backwash of small particles when I flush. The tank is clean, with no particles. none the less when I flush I still get debris. What I have done so far.
-Clean the toilet well. The tank and the bowel. There are no particles in the tank. I still get particles when I flush. It is like washback, particles that did not go through the toilet.
-Use toilet cleaner, and brush, and ensure the tank and the water are clear, However when I flush particles keep coming back

A new toilet may help. Your toilet may lack a "siphon jet". A year seems too early to have had hard water lime up your siphon jet enough to impair the flush.

It might be possible to have the existing toilet use more water. Try holding the handle down when you flush to see if the particles get washed thru that way. If that does it, we can think about a change to your toilet.

Or maybe you just need a better toilet.
