Hello everyone. Here’s the issue….

My house came with a triangle shaped corner soaking tub. It’s awful. But I can’t really replace it right now. The controls are placed on the edge right where you step in. My wife’s Cats bump them and turn them on. I’ve had it. While I type I want to rip the thing out with violence

I would like to get my wife a good hand held shower head for it and maybe old fashioned radial control knobs. I DON’T KNOW but I do know is that I need HELP. Any help or suggestion, all help and suggestions.

Thank you all for any help.

Bill

The good news is with that access panel, the job is simple for a good plumber.
That is not to say cheap.
We like to use high flow 3/4" lines for faster tub fill along with "high flow" roman tub filler valves.
Most of us are in the $150 to $200/hour here in my neighborhood of sought after homes. What do they charge in your area?

Thank you for the reply. I’m not willing to find out what they charge. I do most of my own stuff and really just wanted to see what you all would recommend, especially if there’s a way to use the crappy location In a better way.
