Please help identify this brass beauty! Older widespread vanity faucet

Looking to identify make and model of this old gem so we can hunt down some new cartridges.

I think Artistic Brass or Newport. I own a pair.
The cartridges are somewhat generic. Pull the cartridge to be sure...but be prepared it usually takes someone below to hold the valve body because undoing the nut on top spins the valve body. Holding the body requires a sink/basin wrench in most instances.

Thanks for the help! Turns out it’s a Kohler. But FYI, the Riobel cartridges also work.

I was very surprised to see Kohler cartridges when I took it apart.

Yeah doesn't mean it's Kohler. Someone probably realized it fits the same way.
