Identify this sink faucet set?

Hi,

The left valve leaves the faucet dripping and I don't know what brand or model it is or how to disassemble it. Any help identifying this is much appreciated.

The entire tall escutcheon will unscrew. Ofttimes you won't have gripping strength to perform the task and then it can be a hopeless disaster and we end up replacing the entire faucet.
