I am remodeling my laundry room. Started out by replacing the utility sink and installing a washer box. Previously the washer drained into the utility sink. Since this is my first plumbing DYI project. I read several posts and watched a bunch of YouTube videos.
But it looks like I did something wrong because the washer drain is not adequate and water flows out when the washer is draining. I did take a picture of the original 2” pipe that I tapped into and it had build up. So I don’t know if it’s my plumbing or the actual drain pipe build up that is causing it. The original utility drain that I removed was draining ok. It’s late and I just want to get this request out there. I will upload a better diagram with dimensions in a bit.

I’m not sure if this additional info helps…

Today, I capped everything except the washer drain and used drain cleaning bladder in the washer drain. While the water was on and the bladder inflated, the water was slowly draining but as soon as I closed the hose the water came out of the washer drain.
