Leaking Shower Faucet

Hi everyone. I cant get my shower faucet handle off and cant identify it. Its about 20 years old. Any advice on how to get the handle off? Does anyone recognize this brand? It looks like an R.B.C. or a P.B.C. inside the handle Thanks for your help in advance. Dave
