I take this has been done backwards?

The trap and foot vent are on the same leg
There is also questionable placement of the clean outs in the middle of the cabinet floor that are basically useless until they are notched, someone before made some big mistakes. Is there a way to fix this or make it better without ripping out the wall or floor/ceiling.

Ive uploaded a few pictures sorry about the quick sketch of current setup.

thanks

You are right.

For notching, I would put the blade in my jigsaw backwards and draw it toward me.

You need reworking the sanitary tee to the other side.

Is that outlet for the disposal accessible?

Yes the outlet is accessible. So switching the disposal trap to the other leg will make it correct. Thanks in advance

Are you able to see or how do you know which side is the vent & drain? If you have access from below, it may be easier to change the vent connection from below. If you do it from the top side, leave the sanitee as is and cap it off and use it for a clean out instead of cutting out the base anymore. It is doubtful that the clean out would ever be used. The other side you need to use Fernco couplings to splice in a sanitee.

Presuming your sketch is correct, yes.

1-1/2 inch spigot abs trap adapter

2 x 2 x 1-1/2 inch abs street sanitary tee

Alternatively make the street trap adapter 2 inch, and get a matching trap adapter.

Short piece of 2 inch pipe.

Two 2-inch shielded couplers. One connects to the non-hub port on the santee.

If you have a trap adapter on the existing santee, you could just screw a cap on that. If the existing trap on the santee is glued, deal with it.
