Having some gurgling at end of flush. No clogs and septic pumped. Moved toilet from one side to the other. Plumber adapted to existing cast and dropped 11 inches on a 77 inch run. My question is can I cut out cast and add a sanitary tee and move up to adapt to 1/2 inch per ft run. Can I use a wye or will that get solids stuck. I want this code compliant.

the issue is likely the fact that you removed the vent by not sloping from the closet bend so that half the pipe has air.
best would be to cut out the tee and provide 1/4" pre ft. slope as is normal for closet bend.
For 3", maximum distance to the vent is 6' (UPC) Wye is not used in vertical. Plumber didn't know what the h. he was doing.

Thank you for your reply. When I cut out the cast iron T and apply proper pitch do I use a sanitary T?
