Help with identifying roman tub faucet

Can anyone assist me with identifying the make/model of this Roman tub faucet? I have a leak and need replacement parts. The plumber said I need the body of the handles.

My house was built in 1995 and I believe they’re the originals. The brand may be Price Pfister.
