Help identifying this tub faucet, it’s been leaking

I am not sure what you have. It reminds me of an American Standard I used to have. I suspect that does not use cartridges, but instead uses replaceable seats and washers.

To find out, take off the knob of the temperature that is leaking. Unscrew the knob. Remove the stem. See a washer at the deep end of the stem. Look inside and see either a hex or square socket. There are wrenches called "seat wrench" which have several sizes. Get a new seat. Get a new washer. My seat was hex, and I used a big hex wrench instead of a seat wrench. Expect a big hardware store that has been around for a while to have seats and washers.

Pretty sure American Standard, and pretty sure it will have the large size AmStd special washers. Most hardware stores should carry them.
