HELP - Can't remove shower handle, no identifiable brand

I'm unable to remove this shower handle. I'm unable to find a set screw and there's no cap on the handle to pry off. I also can't find any similar products to help identify the brand. Could someone please help?

Move handle and only a trickle of water from shower.
How do I remove handle to then repair mixing valve cartridge
