Identifying shower faucet manufactuer and model

I have been trying to identify the make and model for this shower faucet. Don't even know how to remove the plate to see the cartridge inside. Do I just pry the plate open with a screw driver?

It looks similar to this, which is a moen.

See if there are small hex set screws on the bottom of each handle.

I agree with CENTRALFL ,
looks like the Moen Showhouse line form the early 2000's ....maybe "Waterhill S512"
