Grohe Shower Handle Removal

My shower/tub faucet needs to be taken apart as the tub is dripping hot water constantly. I cant find the Grohe # on anything and I'm trying to figure out how to remove the handle as a starting point. Help!

These Diagrams will help you get your trim off. Start by unscrewing your chrome cap and keep track of the order you pulled everything off of... Do you turn your shower on and off here or is there a separate volume control some where else on the wall?
