Is 3 inch at 1/8 slope good enough for the main drain line inside the house for 2 full bath 1/2 bath. Standard kitchen / laundry. I calculated 23 fixture units. Was going to do 4 inch but the basement wall is 8 inch poured icf wall. The sleeve that was put in during concrete pour is 4 inches but it looks to be either perfectly flat or slightly back sloped toward the house so I would most likely have to remove it and drill it out some. Below is approx where the line would run from.

yea sure 3 inch works as does 1/8th fall! If you have depth at the upper end pick it up a little higher giving it greater fall and less digging. I wouldnt run 4 inch even if I could just cost you more money

Yeah the real slope will be about 1/5 - 1/6. We already drew the chalk lines for where the pipe will go. We are trying to stay on that center wall so we can fit all the traps in the floor joists and then just run the main line along the wall which will make it easier to disguise once the basement is finished.
