Double kitchen sink clogging issue

The attached picture shows how my double kitchen sink is plumbed. The left sink is only used for drying dishes, with only an occasional cleaning/rinsing of the sink. The garbage disposal on the right is used sparingly - plates are scrapped before a quick rinse so only minimal small food scraps go into the disposal.

My issue is that about every 6 months the elbow/horizontal drain pipe on the left side gets totally clogged - the entire length of the pipe has gelled solids. What could be causing this? This is the side that is infrequently used - and no solids are ever sent down that side. There was some solids build up on both sides of the tee, but the horizontal pipe from the disposal to the tee was relatively clean.

Thanks in advance want thoughts!

There is a baffle on the tee. It splits the middle of the tee, so that the water coming from either horizontal arm hits the baffle and drops down the vertical tail.

Ive never used that type waste . when you use disposal it probebly slings it to other side. Youve got a rinky dink hook up on the dishwasher too btw maybe that has something to with it , and the trap arm is quite high

Yeah it's pretty simple to see why you're piping should be changed even with a baffled tee this isn't ideal.

The trap is set up backwards too to create a Much deeper trap seal. The dishwasher tee also likely has a baffle that is choking off the proper functioning of the trap arm waste as well as blocking its venting.

d/ w tee is some real bogus work its gotta go , only reason I brought it up and agree with tuttles it might even be part of the problem with his regular blockage

P trap needs to be under sink or GD, not split in the middle. The downward force helps keep trap cleared. Also the baffle in that center T is reducing your pipe size from 1.5" to around 0.5", no surprise it's clogging up.
