I have a tankless water heater and a furnace (both high efficiency) in a utility room with washer.
They sit on either side of the doorway to garage.
The house is wood frame construction on a 3' tall crawlspace.
The furnace sits in a corner with one exterior wall to the right and the garage wall with the door to garage next to it on left.
The water heater is hung in a corner on the garage wall with the garage door on the right and an interior wall to left.

I would like suggestions for how to drain the condensate lines for both of them together.
I will use a pump connected with shutoff for furnace.
The crawlspace would be prone to freezing temperatures on occasion.

Should I use a pump for each unit?
Can I run both drain lines directly thru floor to crawlspace and install condensate pump there?
Can I run the condensate drain line into my washer standpipe?
Should I use floor drain(s) and just plumb into main DWV?

This is a remodel (total) so it's pretty much all new construction

Any and all suggestions are appreciated

Two pumps in the utility room afraid of pump or discharge line freezing in crawl space. All pvc drain lines it would be ok if there is any cast iron needs a neutralizer.
