Im adding a 2nd bath to my home and was looking for some advice on how to tie the second toilet in....the new toilet will be 13’ From the existing stack on same level of home and I was going to run a separate vent to the roof. When I tie into existing stack for the waste, do I bring both in at same level with a double sani t or one one above the other...or use y and bring up? Any help would be greatly appreciated

The double santee doesn't work on the new toilets.
It's best to have a wye lower down on the stack and run a new line to it. And yes, the new toilet line will need a vent somewhere. Normally you can wet vent through a lav with 2".

So I can keep the original toilet at the top of the stack with a santee. Then below that I can put a double wye with one side the new toilet and the other side a sink coming in?

The sink needs a vent. The vent will join other vents higher than any drain lines that use that vent. The exception could be if the two sinks are back to back through wall.

You might try sketching a line diagram what you have, as far as you know, and what you propose to add.

The original stack is a toilet at the top coming in the stack with a santee. Below that is a bathroom sink coming into the stack with a wye, it ties back into the stack above for the vent. The only change I want to make is change the wye to a double wye so the new toilet can be added. I’m changing out everything to pvc. I just want to make sure adding new toilet with the wye opposite of the sink won’t affect the existing toilet or sink. I will vent the new toilet with a separate roof vent. Here is pic of the original stack and basically what I’m tryimg to do....
