Longtime reader, first post. Thanks for all the help by posting and answering other questions.

I'm a small scale handyman. Have a customer washer that when it drains is backing up into the nearest sink and flooding. Some pertinent details below and pictures. Thanks in advance.
- Washer located in basement, most drain lines in basement slab
- In pictures:
-vertical pipe is washer drain pipe
- tee comes from sink where water is backing up into
- pipe coming from left is sink drain from 1st floor
- floor drain glugs pretty good when dumping water down washer drain pipe

Guessing either vent issue or restriction at trap? Any thoughts appreciated.

Thank you again!

David
