Hi - First time poster.
I'm currently designing a wet vent system for an under-slab bathroom group and have a question about the location of the toilet drain. My code is IPC. The research I have done always seems to bring the lav and tub/shower together on a 2" line, then bring that combined drain into a 3x2 Wye with the toilet. That puts the toilet connection farthest downstream in the wet vent system. I believe I also understand that you can't then wet vent anything below that connection, presumably because the toilet brings a lot of water and could interfere with airflow.
My question is just a curiosity - what section of the code and what language is used to define that that toilet has to connect last? Is it something in section 911 here.
