I don't have to ask myself anything about my pricing after 25 years.
You can't give a random homeowner a price based on Googling a valve if you don't know his area, that plumber's overhead, or the other stock/time involved, nor even the type/size valve he needs.
I suggest, rather than having strangers speculate what price he should pay, that he get other quotes from reputable licensed plumbers.
