I want to install a utility sink at the end of this gap between two walls and move my washing machine over a few feet next to it. I plan on cutting off the standpipe and its trap, and running a new standpipe over to behind the utility sink (roughly 56” run from the 90 degree long sweep elbow to the new standpipe trap). Can I do Plan A and add the utility sink drain directly to the standpipe since it would be less than 30” to standpipe, even though sink would be wet vented from washing machine? Or should I do Plan B and run a separate drain from the vent to the sink, and add vent to washing machine at 28” halfway mark? I would prefer Plan A if it’s up to code because it uses less pipe in this tight wall space.

Also, the current pipes are ABS, would it be okay to use a Reed Fitting Reamer to remove pipe in the vent’s sanitary tee, and use ABS to PVC transition cement to attach new PVC plumbing? Or do I need to use ABS fittings and pipe?

Note: This sink will be used for fish tank maintenance so I want the washing machine to have its own standpipe and not drain into the sink to prevent soap contaminating the sink for corals and fish.
