Please help me ID this Delta one handle shower valve

Hello. I'd like to update the trim kit on this Delta shower and need some assistance identifying the model. I've looked through similar threads on the forum but haven't seen one that looks like this. Any assistance is appreciated. Many thanks.

Thanks John. I was hoping to find instructions for doing so. I found the set screw to remove the handle but there are no screw heads visible beyond that. Are the ascutcheon and hub just pressed on?

The center ring on the faceplate pops off revealing screws.

Yes. Once the handle comes off everything should just pull off.

Thank you both. It turned out to be four pieces. Hub pulled off uncovering a threaded ring that spun off. Then a ring that pried off revealing two screws holding the large trim plate on. It’s marked 13/14 multichoice so I ordered a trim kit based on that. Looks like it should work.
