P-Trap Assembly

Due to an ABS Sweep being installed for a Studer vent, a plumber set the outlet from the wall too close to the sink's tailpiece.
Can someone advise on the proper way to correct this without using a flexible drain line?
I need about 1" of additional distance to connect the p trap to the waste arm.

Ask them to come back, remove the glued in fitting, RamBit out the stub and install a fitting x trap adapter so it will fit.
