Old softener with no controls??

I have an older two tank water softener with no controls on it! Nothing! Two tanks and the reservoir for the salt. How do you set the cycles and control on these units?? Starting to get random salt coming through the lines.

Possibly a kinetico? Or a fleck 9000/9100 with the cover on? Post a picture please

Yes, it is a Kinetico, model 60. Came with the house so have no manuals.
