Hello all,
I have a question about this Kohler shower diverter that I have installed at my house. I am currently getting very low pressure out of the shower arm (even with both the hand held and head detached). After talking with Kohler they said that there is a mesh screen and a "check valve" that are in the arm that may need to be cleaned out. My question is do I need to even have this check valve in the device or can I remove it entirely. I have attached photos. Thanks in advance.
