How to remove this handle please.

Hi.
One of my handle is leaking under and i want to remove the cartridge but i dont know how to remove the handle.
I dont see any brand logo or number and im afraid to break it.
Can anyone can help me please?

Unscrew the chrome bell under the handle.

How ?
I hold the valve under and i unscrew the bell with a pipewrench?

UNless the entire valve rotates when you try to unscrew it, just turn the chrome piece.
