I can’t find any info on this shower valve / cartridge. To turn the water on and off you move the handle up and down. Assuming there was originally a knob. To adjust hot/cold you move it to the left or right. There is no spinning anything clockwise or counterclockwise. Hence why I know it should not have a handle. I can’t w even pull the cartridge out. There is a metal ball in there. There was a big retaining housing I unscrewed. If anyone can help me identify the make and model and how to remove the cartridge I would be extremely grateful. Thank you
