Help with finding Moen older tub faucet knob

Older probably early 80s Moen single knob bath control. pull to open and twist to adjust hot cold. Valve seems fine, no leaks, but knob slips due to metal piece inside knob is moving when turning handle. Would like to replace knob, as valve works good, but cant seem to locate. Shorter screw attaches knob to valve stem as seen in photo, not the longer one I have seen for similar replacements. Thanks.

Ended up fixing the loose metal disc by applying epoxy to re secure it to the rest of the knob
