Hello all,
my niece is having issues with her shower turning off completely without leaking, I advised her to replace the cartridge, if has a Delta knob but she is not able to find any manufacturer or part numbers.

I used the photos she sent to compare to different models/brands and haven't found any that is a match based on photos.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, thank you very much.

Your Delta shower cartridge will be one of these two cartridges. the blue bottom cartridge on the right has shorter legs then the off white cartridge on the left. You will need to pull the cartridge to know which one you need to buy.
RP19804 has the shorter legs
RP 46074 has the longer legs
good luck

Be careful when removing the nut and cartridge. If the 3 small copper pipes behind the valve twist it's new valve time.

Turn off the angle stops which are connected to that faucet and open a hose bib outside
to release water pressure before removing a faucet cartridge.

But you likely knew that !

How is opening a hose bibb outside going to release pressure on the faucet cartridge?

I need to cartridge like this. From 1995. Can anyone give me a Part number?
