Does anyone know where I can get these fittings to connect new water lines? Are they expansion or push on? Can I connect a water line with crimp on this? Thanks for all the help.

purchase manablock nut, insert stiffener and lock-in insert, and ferrule, all required per joint
try local hydronics suppliers
or
Thank you, I noticed on the hot side the pex pipe has the writing in red and blue on the cold side. Is it ok if I use the blue lettered pex on the red side? I think it’s heat link pex a.

Manabloc fittings are insert fittings also, not expansion. The op should use a swivel version of that fitting.
