Hi there. I have seen a couple people asking similar questions but not sure I have the same exact problems as them.
I installed a twin tank softener with the Fleck 9100 SXT. System was purchased online and installed by me about 5 months ago.
For several months now I have realized that tank U1 is working great but tank U2 is completely hard water.
Couple of things to note. 1) the plumbing in the home hisses and has a lot of air in the lines when tank U2 becomes the active tank.
2) The floor is slightly unlevel where these two tanks sit (the bottom of the tanks is slightly closer together than the tops like they are leaning away from each other).
Any help of what to look for would be greatly appreciated. The units are pretty much new and I don't suspect the programming at this point. Lastly, is tank U2 the one out on its own without the control panel above it?
Thanks.
