Drain flange on acrylic shower pan

I have a question. The drain in my 1 1/2 year old acrylic shower pan was set with silicone. I understand this is pretty standard. When I clean it under the drain screen some of the silicone came out. My question: will this cause a leak under the flange? I attached some pics. Thanks.
