Help! New construction home, 5 years old with 5 pex fitting failures in last 2 years, at hot water lines at mostly t junctions where it goes to 1/2 pipe. Can’t upload pics but the fittings all have white and green powdery residue and crimp clamps are broken. Have a grandfos recirc pumps that runs 24-7. Large home with 2 stories and basement. The breaks are all in our kitchen ceiling but at different sites each time. Even when we have turned the pump off temporarily, the lines and fittings still say really hot due to thermosiphon effect so I’m sure this doesn’t help the corrosion process. Is this the pump driving this? We need help bc we can’t keep chasing leaks! And do we need to do anything regarding the thermosiphon effect to stop the lines from being so hot All the time?

Thanks!!
