Changed my shower's valve cartridge but hot water still does not come out.

Good afternoon,

I recently change my delta shower valve cartridge due to not having hot water, and after changing the problem persist. The hottest that the water comes out is warm, but towards the cold temperature. the part is RP46074 Shower Valve Cartridge.

Please, any help will be appreciated. Thanks
